Farmington Square Shopping Center is located in the Southeast Raleigh adjacent to SE Raleigh Magnet High School. 

Filling the need, this sub-market lacks retail space to support the increasing needs of the local community. The City of Raleigh has projected South East Raleigh to become the second most populous sub-market next only to Umstead by 2025 (2006 Growth and projections Report of City of Raleigh).

With at least 15 active housing developments, South East Raleigh High School, & wake county’s continued growth, Farmington Square Shopping Center is at the center of it all.
